How long is the warranty for power2max?

Power2max power meters carry a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is transferable so long as the start of the warranty can be established.

Where does power2max North America ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

What shipping method do you use?

We now ship using UPS Standard delivery throughout North America for all power meters. If you need your power meter faster please add expedited delivery (typically the last Option in the ordering process). This will upgrade your shipping from Standard Ground to UPS Express Saver (overnight delivery).

For the protection of our customers, all power meters require a signature for delivery. If you are not present for delivery, please contact UPS after the first delivery attempt to redirect the parcel to a more convenient address. That option is available online through UPS My Choice to all residential deliveries.

Small parts shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post and do not have associated tracking numbers.

How long will it take to get my power meter?

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and average processing time is 24 hours. Typical delivery time within Canada is between 3-5 business days and in the US, 3-7 business days using our default shipping methods. If you’ve selected “Expedited shipping” your order will be sent UPS Express Saver, with delivery before the end of the next business day.

Do I have to pay duties, brokerage fees, or sales tax?

While taxes do not apply to both International and US orders, all orders shipping within Canada are subject to the individual Province’s tax. Both Canadian and US customers do not pay duty or brokerage fees. Customers outside of the US or Canada may have to pay applicable taxes and duties.

Product returns

  • Unused products, able to be resold, can be returned minus the original shipping cost and a US$20 restocking fee within 14 days of purchase. Any request made after this period will be fulfilled at the sole discretion of Power2max North America.
  • Pressed in bottom brackets and “Professional Assembly” are excluded from returns
  • All costs related to return/exchange shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must first obtain an RA number from power2max North America. Products must be shipped via USPS/Canada Post with a value of $.01. Failure to do so may result in additional shipping fees being assessed.

Why was my order “flagged”?

All orders & transactions are carefully reviewed prior to shipping. Any fraud / violators will be pursued to the full extent of the law. Power2max reserves the right to follow up, refuse, cancel or refund suspicious orders. It is standard procedure for us to follow up on orders that are placed outside of North America, but then shipped to a North American address.
